Wounds from childhood and cultural
conditioning keep us from interacting with one another with respect, beauty,
love and grace. We've bought into ideas about ourselves about how we should and
shouldn't be that sometimes seem to go against the very nature of our souls.
The inner conflicts create trauma which is projected outward as drama.

When we feel so conflicted about ourselves and
our lives, we're full of guilt and shame. Shame becomes blame and soon the ones
we love more dearly than life itself shortly become a pariah and we feel like
dying. Or at least escaping and ending the relationship, which is like a mini
death unto itself.
How can we rewire ourselves so that we are
discerning enough so that we 1) make good choices and 2) create healthy
relationships. How can we keep our lovers near and dear to our hearts
functioning in a manner that respects and honors all parties? |

Time to do the work. Time to go within, rewire
and reprogram ourselves. We uncover the patterns that we unconsciously
repeat, time and again, relationship after relationship till we stop the
behavior, jump off that hamster wheel and get it right.
